Eastern Basements Encapsulations can be performed even with Utilities existing on concrete pads. Our Liner and Drainage matting are pinned and sealed tightly around concrete pads to reduce the rising moisture from exposed soil and dirt floors. This helps with the longevity of utility fixtures that were previously exposed to harmful, wet environments.
